Our primary focus is to provide our customers with the right product that enable them to more fully enjoy their ocean going experience with control, stability, comfort and safety. To do this we aim to provide you with a quick and easy means for acquiring the products that best suits your needs. Delivery & CostAll standard products will be shipped within 10 days from the receipt of your order subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. See cancellation provisions below. Should you wish to receive your goods urgently and agree to waive the cancellation period we will ship your goods to you within 3 working days of receipt of your order subject to credit clearance. Custom made products will be shipped in accordance with the time frames negotiated with you at the time of confirming your order. The cost of shipping of goods is listed against each product and will be detailed in your invoice. ReturnsWe keep life simple, if you do receive faulty goods or wish to return any item, please contact us immediately. Burke Marine Pty Ltd will not accept responsibility for any goods until we receive them, and will not process refunds until goods are received and checked. Refunds will not be provided for goods that have been used and have become damaged as a consequence of that use. Returns Address: Cancellation of your orderYou may cancel your order within 3 working days without giving a reason. The 3 working days start from the day after you place your order for the goods. If you do exercise the right to cancel, we will refund your money within 30 days of the date of cancellation. Should you wish to cancel an order after the products have been shipped to you, a cancellation fee of Aus$100/- will apply. In these instances the goods must be returned at your own expense within 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to cancel your order. We will refund to you the cost of the goods less an administration fee of $100/- . Please note that, in instances where you choose to cancel your order after the goods have been shipped to you, the shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive and check the goods that have been returned to us. Faulty GoodsPlease check the goods carefully when you receive them and before you use the goods. Should you determine that the goods we have sent you are faulty we will be pleased for you to return the goods to us and we will provide you with replacement goods or a full refund of the purchase price of the goods including the shipping costs. We request that you first discuss the return of the goods with us prior to returning the goods. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned goods and we check the goods and validate your claim that the goods are faulty. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after this process is completed. Customs and dutyPlease note that all shipments outside Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination jurisdiction. We recommend that you inform yourself of these taxes and charges prior to placing your order.
